Supporting Each Other: Child Care Providers’ Participation in Formal and Informal Groups

This brief provides insights into formal and informal support that child care providers’ seek and receive to help them form successful collaborations. The brief’s findings are from an EDC study on child care collaboration conducted in Maryland and Vermont. In previous research, the authors found that child care collaborations can help providers offer full-time care to parents and provide more comprehensive services to children.
