USAID Highlights EDC’s Work in Rwanda

USAID Senior Advisor for International Education Christie Vilsack writes about her recent trip to Rwanda, where she saw firsthand the results of EDC’s efforts to increase early-grade reading through the Literacy, Language, and Learning Initiative and to improve youth workforce skills such as communication and entrepreneurship through the Akazi Kanoze Youth Livelihoods Project. Both projects are funded by USAID.
