Chloe Phan is a visual designer in EDC’s Office of Communications. With over five years of experience, she creates visually intriguing and engaging content and enjoys combining different skill sets to provide creative solutions to design problems.
Previously, Chloe was a visual designer at Morning Consult, where she helped build the Morning Consult visual brand and mentored junior designers. She began her career as a junior graphic designer at the International Monetary Fund and also interned at the National Museum of American History as a graphic and exhibition designer.
Chloe holds a BFA in Graphic Design, a minor in Art History, and a concentration in Museum and Curatorial Studies from the Maryland Institute College of Art. She is fluent in Vietnamese and conversational in Spanish.
