Mary Campos-Pereira, EDC research assistant, has expertise in data collection and analysis, instrument development, research participant management, and strategic communications. Her interests include social and emotional learning, play, and improving accessibility in education for neurodivergent youth.
Campos-Pereira advances the goals of EDC’s Math for All study, Mission US Study, and Circle Up Program evaluation. She also serves as National Center on Health, Behavioral Health, and Safety product coordinator. Recently, she supported a multi-national community of practice for EDC’s Learning Through Play with Technology Research Collaborative, using her knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish to ensure communications and products were inclusive and high quality.
Previously as a tutor and executive function coach, Campos-Pereira worked with students, families, and schools to advocate for access to accommodations to support students’ diverse learning needs.
Campos-Pereira holds a BA in Psychology from McGill University and a Certificate in Graphic Design and Page Layout from Concordia University.
