On March 16, Cindy Hoisington will represent EDC as a featured panelist in the New America Forum, “What’s Next for STEM Education? Boosting Teachers and Teaching, PreK-12.” The panel, scheduled for 1:40 p.m., will be livestreamed (registration required).

Improving the quality of services that afterschool and out-of-school time (ASOST) programs provide will be complex and require collaboration among many decision makers and program staff, EDC’s Meghan Broadstone told a group of lawmakers and stakeholders at the Massachusetts State House on Tuesday, January 31.

Preventing Suicide among Men in the Middle Years is a new resource from EDC’s Suicide Prevention Resource Center to help state and community organizations reduce the number of deaths by suicide among men in the middle years.
